WCPA Members - $10 Non-members- $35 This interactive session will define the core elements of self-compassion, gratitude, and mindfulness and discuss current research demonstrating their benefit to holistic health and wellness, particularly for people working in healthcare. It will include brief, experiential, and evidence-based exercises that can be integrated into daily activities to reduce burnout and boost resilience. Participants will develop a personal practice through building upon current resources and incorporating new skills, and will leave with clarity on how to apply these tools to enhance wellbeing.
