Description: Dr. Grocher will share insights into the basics of fertility counseling while integrating a racially and culturally sensitive approach. Dr. Grocher will also share information pertaining to fertility counseling training. 

Bio: Dr. Kimberly Grocher is a licensed clinical social worker, executive coach, certified yoga & mindfulness meditation teacher. She is an adjunct professor at the Columbia University School of Social Work  and Clinical Assistant Professor of Social Work in Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine. She provides psychotherapy to couples and women who are navigating mood, anxiety and trauma disorders as well as reproductive mental health concerns in her private practice. Her executive coaching services focus on professional women and creative entrepreneurs who want to achieve their career, business and leadership goals while centering their lifestyle goals to achieve optimal health and alignment in all areas of their life.  She is also an expert speaker on culture, wellness, leadership and management in organizations and has shared her expertise at national and international conferences.
